My only suggestion would be better signage, particularly for restaurants and shops that are on the “avenue,” otherwise parking seems ample even during busy hours. It’s nice in the covid times to spend an afternoon strolling the shops outdoors or having a drink on one of the patios.

I come from SEBASTIAN just to see a few of these shops! The Books A Million still has its coffee shop! It has Five Below, it has a Bridal Shop, you have a Melting Pot, it has a bit of everything! Not going to lie, it's a hassle to GET there but worth it in the end, there are shops from which I haven't seen in AGES

So, yes, it has great shopping. Nice stores and food options for everyone. I rate it a 3 strictly due to the parking lot. Due to design it can be difficult to find a spot near the store you want to shop. If you are in it for a stroll, window shop, or trying to get your steps in... It doesn't matter. And people are generally not watchful while driving. More focused on trying to find that perfect spot. Its my only true complaint but ease of parking and proximity to my favorite store is important.

Ice cream from Coldstone sitting in the courtyard. The shade and breeze were very relaxing. And the two scoops of ice cream (1 pumpkin & 1 cheesecake) in a waffle cone were amazing!!

The only issue I have with this place is that mask compliance is not very high. Other than that, it's beautiful and I've hung out here a lot.
