Chicken looks yellow and I've had to throw a whole trey (though In date!) out before bc the meat outright stank. Most produce is cheap and good, but I'd stay away from the meats and sea foods. I've also stood in front of the hot counter/ pastry counter for several minutes, every time I'm being looked at, but nobody cares enough to ask me what I want. If it weren't for the inexpensive specialty items I like to get there, I would not even award 3 stars. Surprised they're okay and operating with the health hazards (yellowing smelly meats).

Not sure how well they are keeping up with Covid-19 guidelines. Nice produce selection, prices vary. You need to know the market prices otherwise you'll over spend on certain items, losing the savings on others. Haven't ever been thrilled with their meat/seafood selection. Dairy & eggs aren't a good buy here.

I just love this place,always great fruits and vegetables and really good prices on everything you need. They also have great hot plate lunches if you like Latino food.

Safety isnt a number one priority... watch him use a unsecure cart to shelf items.. he confirmed it was locked/fastened when he pulled himself down the aisle while still standing up on cart.

Not everything is fresh but some deals are worth the discounts. Meals from the prepared foods are a big portion for the price. Be warned they do not enforce mask wearing even though they have a sign at the entrance. Was just there Tuesday during lunch rush and saw a group of 7 customers waiting in line with no masks on.
