The office team and moving team were fantastic. They worked with us every step of the way. We had to change our move date 3 times because of closing delays. When moving day finally arrived, the team of Tim, Harold and Evan (THE) showed up on time and got to work quickly. They took great care with all our items, wrapping and securing them correctly for the move. When we arrived at the new home, they continued the great service and had everything put in place and reassembled in a friendly and efficient manner. The movers make a great team! All the movers quickly got the job done and 2 out of the 3 were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they charged more then was quoted even though they beat the overall allotted time for the job. Apparently they deal with this issue all the time and haven’t figured out maybe they should explain the process better to their customers. Instead, The mover handling payment was a demeaning and obnoxious a**hole who raised his voice to my wife cause she wasn’t understanding why they were charging what they were. Customer service was no help and they could care less about losing customers or further referrals.
Out of all the times we have moved, using two men and a truck was the best moving experience we ever had. The team, Evan and Chris, were prompt, courteous, personable and professional. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone I know that is moving. Great Job
Kudos to Doug, Sean, and Billy. I very much appreciate the care that they took with every piece, but still got the job done and in under the amount of time we originally thought it would take. I couldn't be happier.
