Dr. Pinson tested me and came up with a solution and it has really helped me right away. Her office is clean and relaxing and the staff was awesome. They made me feel right at home. Dr. Pinson and Dr. Carter are simply amazing. I had a rapid onset of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. I have never experienced anything like this before. Dr. Pinson saw me the next morning and followed up with an appointment with Dr. Carter later that day. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. They cured me in less than 48 hours. I truly consider them miracle workers. Thank you Dr. Pinson and Dr. Carter.
The environment is so comforting and caring. You're welcomed in like you're family! Both Dr. Pinson and Dr. Carter take their time with each patient and make sure you walk out with all of your questions answered and feeling better than before. They work with you and address all of your concerns in such a patient way, making you feel reassured that you're in good hands. They make you want to come back and that's what differentiates them from others!
Dr. Pinson is so personable and is great with kids. Our daughter had some ear pain and Dr. Pinson was able to test her hearing and look for damage while keeping a smile on my daughter’s face.
I am not going to leave a flashy response.Dr. Pinson reviewed my medical records and told me more in 30 minutes regarding my hearing than I have been told in 13 years. She was honest, funny, and just a good person. If you want a doctor who is honest and cares, Dr. Pinson is your doctor.
