I brought my machine in for a quote on service and repair. They took a 30 deposit and I was told they would be able to get to it that day so I went and wasted some time while I waited. I got a call a few hours later saying it was ready and was over 100 and that they would prefer cash. (I can't remember the exact amount) I was stunned because I had asked for a quote and did not have that kind of money. When I expressed my confusion and asked if he meant that repairs were done instead of just a quote I was told they'd give me 10% off. I had no idea what I'd do once I got there but when I did I was told they looked at the wrong machine when quoting me the price and that it was only another 76. That was much better but seemed odd. I paid it because I wanted my machine back. With all that I'm still giving them 4 stars because my machine hasn't worked this well in more years than I can remember. They did good work but if you use them be sure to make it VERY clear what you want them to do in regards to quotes, service and/or repairs.
