I was contacted in a timely manner, set up appointment. Dr. Stephens is an expert. Yesterday, I had the procedure today all is working without a hitch. As the procedure was going on, Dr. Stephens kept me informed thoughout the procedure. I, as a novice, would consider Dr. Stephens an expert for sure. I can get into my car without pain and bend over without pain.

Dr. Stephens & I have had 2 virtual appts and worked out an agreeable solution to try step by step. I have been in pain for past 5 mos. Took five days to get a call back from his staff for arrangements to set up New agreed step1 however; soonest appt available his staff could make for 3 min shot was another month & half away, which totals 7 mos I have been in this continuous pain and back to procedure we were trying to avoid in first place. When I spoke to appt setter and tried to explain she needed to get with Dr. Stephens & staff about the new arrangements she just went ahead and set the 2 mos away old procedures arrangement & left it at that! I have discovered why people & Insurances avoid these Establishments & Organizations for Healthcare now a days.

We brought my father-in-law to Dr. Stephens for management of his chronic pain. Dr. Stephens was very kind, understanding, respectful, and very helpful. He was willing to work with us and provide my FIL with the pain relief he needed. I've been in the medical field for over 4 decades and experienced ALL kinds of people and doctors. Frankly, I expected a jaded, uncaring approach to an old man, but I was blessedly surprised! God bless this physician!

I’ve been dealing with a pinched nerve in my neck causing severe pain in my shoulder and upper arm for some time and went to see Dr. Stephens in October. I explained I didn’t want any drugs it took 3 weeks before I received a cortisone shot in the shoulder. The front office staff is incompetent at best and every appointment I was there early and was taken back late. Well today I was suppose to receive a spinal block, I’m on warfarin and have been off of it for 3 days per Dr. Stephens and the office was suppose to send in a stat order for protime bloodwork. Well what a surprise they didn’t. I will not be going back, the way this place is ran is horrible.
