Dr Allen and staff really do care about every patient who walks through their doors. He is not in the business of unnecessary treatment for financial gain. Instead, he informs you of his findings and gives you possible treatments, and what he feels is necessary and what would be voluntary. He is very welcoming and warm, which isn’t common these days. He brings back an old fashioned feel to the modern age. I have transitioned my entire family to his care, and will continue to recommend everyone I can! He truly is a diamond in the rough!

My kids just starting using this dental office and they fell in love when during their first visit. The dentist and staff are courteous and patient. My son got his braces today and he is excited and the process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend this office to everyone.

Absolutely an awesome experience. The best experience I have had from a Dentist. Explains everything well, extremely involved during the visit and the Dentist actually clean my teeth. Best part is they put the Masters golf tournament on for me.

Dr. Allen uses the latest technology and explained everything to our satisfaction. Melissa Dental is also less expensive than the Dentists we had in McKinney and Bonham. If you need a dentist we highly recommend Dr. Allen.

Do not go to this place unless you want to wait forever and then receive very unprofessional care. I waited over 45 minutes from the time I was done with xrays to when the doctor actually came in. Dr.Allen was unprofessional. He seemed to be in a hurry and not care about me or what I was saying, and he was short with me. I felt like he had better things to do than be in the room with me to discuss my teeth. I definitely will not be recommending anyone to this place. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
