I saw these ladders a while ago on BBC Gardeners World, thought they looked great and meant to investigate prices etc but never got round to it until an old friend and ex professional gardener mentioned that he had recently borrowed one and was so impressed that he contacted me knowing about my difficult hedges and my extremely dodgy knees (one replaced and waiting the same for the other). Suffice to say I found the Henchman website and straight away ordered an eight foot version, I can now say this is something I should have done years ago as it makes all my hedging and pruning an absolute joy rather than a terrifying ordeal balanced on the top of an unstable step ladder with a hedge trimmer or chainsaw.

We placed our order for the 12' Tripod ladder on Monday, it was delivered today (Thursday). Having unpacked it I tried it out against our hedge. It is so easy to use and provides a safe and secure platform for hedge cutting. Speaking to Henchman on the telephone when placing my order, I found the gentleman I spoke to very polite, helpful and courteous. My order was part via the internet and part on the telephone. I then received a further call to confirm everything was correct. I have received e.mails and SMS messages to help track our delivery. An excellent service from a company that obviously cares about its customers.
