I Ordered a takeaway from chicken hut this evening. I’ve never had a problem with there food before but tonight I found something disturbing in my food. I was watching a movie while eating some fried chicken, I had ordered from chicken hut. I only ate one piece and wanted to save the rest for afterwards. I couldn’t see because it was dark and I couldn’t taste anything wrong with it. Once the film had ended, I turned on the lights. To my horror I had discovered that the chicken was red and bloody inside. I have filed a complaint and reported it to just eat. This is absolutely appalling and I will never be eating there again!!!

Love this place but tonight topped it... delivery was quick, food was amazing and the delivery guy was a legend... I couldn't find my key for my front door, I said I cant find my key... he says 'i dont have they key! I don't know where it is' then wished us happy new year, was lovely to my child, he thinks hes his best mate now \u200d️

Poor customer service from this eatery. My husband mistakenly forgot to change the delivery address on the order he has just placed. He rang straight away to inform them of his mistake and asked if they would deliver to our correct address. The staff member on the phone was rude and obnoxious! Not very helpful at all. Last takeaway we will be having from this place. Manners and customer service cost nothing!
