Just new to the area and after asking folk around was told this place was the company to get what I was after, I was after decking and a shed, looking to spend about 2.5k. Sent an email, no reply, phoned and was spoken to by an aggressive sounding man, Just gave rough sizes and prices, would not let me ask questions such as how much material I would need. Then just put the phone down. Not a very good or friendly way to do business. Didn't want exact amounts or sizes, just near enough as there website lacks the information I needed and was so out of date. Sent another email with the questions I wanted answering but again no reply. Spending about 2500 I sure would like to know what I was going to buy. There loss. Definitely would not entertain this company again, seems he just can't be bothered, just the man that deals with wood and sheds, did not have dealings with anyone else.

I needed a large shed roof refelted due to poor workmanship from another company. The guy on the phone very helpful and informative. He kept in touch by phone to reassure me when work was delayed. The boys arrived and got straight to work. They removed what was left of the old roof, and removed all my temporary fix without complaint. They were clearly experienced roofers. I was very pleased with the job and they went out of their way to put a bad job right for me. . I WOULD RECCOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE AND IN FACT CALLED THEM FROM A PERSONAL RECCOMMENDATION MYSELF.
