Purchased a new Crossland X from Aston Vauxhall. Everything was done either by email or phone my contact was Katie Hill and she was excellent. Not pushy like you find some places. Katie gave me all the information I required and was very helpful in organising the changeover of my personal number plate. The vehicle was delivered to Scotland by two gentlemen who were very polite and professional in adhering to covid protocol etc, while unloading the new car and loading the trade in plus sorting out the paperwork.. Vehicle was exactly as expected. Even received a Melton Mowbray pie which was lovely. Overall very happy with my dealings with Aston Vauxhall. Would certainly recommend to anyone

Sold my car to Aston via Motorway. Very professional service. James Jeal who dealt with it was really very helpful. Extremely impressed as it was a 360mile round trip to pick up my car at their own cost, ensuring minimal effort and minimal disruption to me. When James (another James) came to collect it he also advised that they offer a service where they find you a car to buy, so as soon as I am in the market for a new car I will be contacting them. Payment was done then and there and as they sent it via bacs it arrived within mins. Overall a really great service.

Very great service by Aston Vauxhall and especially Katie Hill who was very helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole car buying process, and best of all they were offering the best price for a brand new Corsa than any other vauxhall dealerahip in the country so kudos to that. On the day of the car collection, again very thing was on point and the whole process painless, Aston Vauxhall made us feel very welcome into the showroom and Katie explained everything in good detail so we were left with not any questions to ask at all which is always satisfying. I 100% recommend anyone looking for a brand new or used Vauxhall to go to Aston Vauxhall before looking anywhere else.

I am never usually overwhelmed with the sales service from car dealerships. I always get the sense that I am not their most important customer, unless it's the day I pay the deposit and sign the finance agreement. Aston is not like this. My experience dealing Katie Hill was fantastic. She was friendly, professional and reliably on point with all the detail. This is especially important to me when buying a new car remotely.
