Top quality in every way. High attention to detail. Outstanding customer service. Stunning and innovative facilities. Fabulous food and drink. Beautiful environment inside and out. I have been many times and will go again. I can't recommend it too highly. Luxurious treatments, therapies, cosmetic products from top quality brands. Even clothing and accessories. In the numerous spa shopping outlets. I do not believe this venue can be beaten. This is evidenced by the multiple industry excellence awards Ragdale garners annually. Absolutely outstanding in every way!!!!

Amazing relaxed stay despite restrictions. Staff honestly are some of the best I've experienced in awhile everyone is so polite and can't do enough for you. From the moment you walk in you feel special, only criticism was the limited breakfast menu due to covid - lovely idea to have this in bed but would really appreciate some more hot items on there. Food in general was good but could be to a higher standard for the price, we found the menu very dated and my partner was sad to find out that the waffles on the dessert menu were store brought rather then fresh. All in all we came back from a 2 day stay over my birthday while 30 weeks pregnant feeling so relaxed we didn't want to leave - Ragdales hygiene standards are 10/10, anyone worrying about the virus please don't this place is immaculate I can't praise your cleaning team enough!

Absolutely outstanding place to relax and unwind. Everything about our stay was superb, from drink on arrival through the range of treatments and fitness classes and the excellent food to friendly goodbye on departure. Faultless from start to finish and looking forward to going back soon.
