I came to check out Fiat 500X but we noticed Fiat Arbath parked next to it. We spoke with Lee Trent & he went out of his way to show, explain & take the car for a test drive. I have bought many new cars but The service I got from Lee was 100/100. Even when I picked up the car was amazing. If you are looking for a new car go to DVG Melville & ask for Lee Trent, as his customer service is top class. I bought Arbath 595, white with red trims.

If you are looking to buy a fiat or jeep speak to Lee, he understands customer service doesn't end once you have signed.
DVG Melville sold me a car that was an absolute piece of rubbish. It died the day I drove it home, they spent 3 months to no avail trying to fix it at which point they gave up and tried to sell me another car (so they could get more comission?). DVG Melville is the worst car yard I have ever dealt with and I warn anyone considering buying a secondhand car off them to think twice. They are may be very good at sales but be warned, the second you are signed up and they have their money you will stop hearing from them, especially if something goes wrong!
Salesman ok - Business Manager not the same. They had a car in the lot for over a month and advertised on the net for a set price. We asked before a test drive would they negotiate a little and the answer was a firm yes, we want to move it! We made an offer slightly below that was rejected so made an offer at the full listed price (that I must add had the actual figure and amount discounted in the window of the car) which was also reject. Manager stated the car had been listed incorrectly and they couldn't sell it at that price. An embarrassed salesman apologised and we left. Business Manager wouldn't even come across to see us personally. Will not be back to this yard no matter what.
Pathetic service, my car had broken down from day one, there service department does not help they are an absolute joke!
