I am very pleased with Dr. Chris Simpson and the quality of care he provides for my daughter and I as patients. The only reason I couldn't give a 5 star rating is the difficulty of getting in contact with a live person if you have questions after your appointment. Leaving a voicemail and never receiving a call back is why patient retention may be a challenge for this new location.

My husband and I recently moved back to the area. We were recommended Dr. Ripsen by our former physician and we both liked her. She is easy to talk to and answers your questions. She really listens to you which is rare today. We look forward to her being our PCP. We found her staff to be very efficient and organized and helpful. We highly recommend this clinic.

I was Unaware that they moved locations so I called to let them know I was running late because I had not been told they changed locations. I’ve already had to wait 5 days to see the Dr. , now they tell me I have to reschedule although I would only be about 5 mins late and I was told they understand it was their fault. They are very unorganized. I will not be rescheduling. I sure miss Dr. Roesar, although he deserves his retirement. It is hard to find wholesome medical care these days.

Only giving (1) because there is not an option for zero. Horrible organization, bordering on criminal, at least fraudulent. Wife came in for a prescheduled procedure...None of the protocol was followed by Amanda including offering a mild sedative prior to the day of the procedure. Also, no one informed us of course payment amount prior to arrival, although Rachel confirmed they knew the amount the day before. We're going to St. John's tomorrow costs more, but at least their organized. Also, the place engages in Global billing a practice which could result in 10x's the cost... I've reported them to UHC... STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...

Total disorganization. They don't seem to follow through on anything without multiple calls to remind them. Not convenient to be a patient here. Been that way since Memorial Herman took over. Used to be a great doctor's office.
