I can not fault the Surgery or the help offered by all staff here at the Memorial Medical Centre. I am registered as disabled and a extremely vulnerable person for Covid-19. When I have needed advice, prescription medications etc. They have been quick to help me out, guiding me through the current difficult times we are all in.

Waited in a phone queue for 28 mins after trying to get through for the last four days!.Trying to book a telephone consultation for a condition I’ve had for almost fifty years but didn’t need a prescription for since 2018.My loss !.Finally lost my temper with a receptionist who talks over you when you trying to explain what a complete waste of time and resources this is in the middle of a pandemic when there are countless people who need attention more than me!.Finally got a consultation for an appointment seven days time at a time they can’t tell me.A key worker at a cemetery!.What do you think I might be doing when that call is made!. I know what I will be doing when this is ever over!.Avoid at all costs!.
You will waste your time and nerves and still not gonna get any help from them... USELESS
Despite the current hectic Covid situation in Swale I gained a telephone consultation and testing for a non covid issue and the results were telephoned back to me very quickly. Well done Dr. Engel and all the others who responded so well in difficult times.
