Amazing views. Well stocked and well cared for gardens. Different areas for different aged children to play. Plenty of benches to relax on. Not much parking but a walk along the canal is an added bonus. Toilet facilities rather poor.

Lovely views , plenty of seats for a sit. Has a bowling green, though private I think but lovely to sit. Also has a children's play area. You can walk down the park and join the canal to prolong your walk.

Such a lovely and spacious place with plenty of activities for all ages and is right in the middle of the village so you don't need to travel far. Whether you're walking a dog, taking children to play on the playground rides, sitting on the grass for a picnic, or playing ball games with friends this place is always full of life. The park is also used during festivals so you'll find an array of things during them including stalls, car boot sales, food trucks, even fairground rides. It's very immaculate and well looked after and is certainly the heart of the Marple community.

Beautiful park with excellent facilities. Reasonably priced parking, toilets, bins, bowling green, petanque area, skate park and plenty of seating all available. Two lovely play grounds for big and little children as well as plenty of open space to run around in. Beautifully maintained by an army of volunteers in conjunction with the local council. The war memorial is a poignant reminder of sacrifices made and a great piece of local history.
