Due to her professionalism and understanding of why this issue had to be taken care of today. She wasted no time in giving me the proper information for me to be successful. i have documents from Shelby court courts saying that this is a fraudulent collection. The State of Tennessee said i do not owe 8805 to you nor to The Park Apartments. You do not have the correct ssn nor birthday. You have sent me papers for a case that was dismissed and money is not owed. i will be suing your company for extortion and trying to defame my character, harassment and whatever else i see fit. i have disputed it

Your company was trying to do fraudulent business with my credit acore and I file multiple complaints with the BBB, Consumer Financial and I had multiple other complaints on deck ready to file. I told you I wasn't giving you all a dime and that you all were going to remove this fraudulent information off my credit file and of course you did.
