Their communication with delivery is not good, my husband and I ended up having to get a different color loveseat than originally ordered after finding out that it was no longer in stock. This would've been understandable but this was only communicated to us after we had called to check on the status of it almost every week for over one month. The store is nice, employees are very nice, it is a shame that they have horrible communication skills.

I over paid for this set. I found it much less and it came broken. the . manager said the driver did it, talk to them because I hired them 3rd party. Im so upset will never buy from them

Sales was perfect. But, delivery, and customer service after our delivery issue is horrible! I say is because I'm still waiting on a replacement foot for damage that was done during delivery. Everyday for four days, would've been five if it wasn't for Thanksgiving. I've been extremely patient and understanding, called everyday to find out what's going on. Every single day I've been guaranteed that they were bringing it, only for them to fail every single time, and I have to call the next day. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Even worse is it's really so simple to handle! They could have mailed it to me by now! I'm so livid right now, I can't even find the words.

Absolutely the best run furniture store in the area. Everything you need and by far the best prices. Melvin treats everyone with respect and patience in their decision making process and is sure not to make them feel uncomfortable but instead like family.
