THE WORST EXPERIENCE from a business establishment PERIODT, from the party planning to the staff at the local restaurant, I wouldn’t even give this restaurant 1 star, if possible. I was given so much conflicting information on the phone and it was even more chaos at the restaurant. They have extremely poor management and with Covid 19 restrictions in place the corporate office should really consider some extensive training on how to deal with the customers at a time like this. Dave & Buster’s brand has to be knowledgeable than this otherwise they shouldn’t be open for business at all

I enjoyed myself, but I wish there was germ x readily available for people to 2ash their hands between the different games. Other than that, it was awesome!
Wasn’t impressed at all! It was my daughter 3rd birthday.. I thought it would be an area for smaller kids as well it was such a rip off.. now the 1.30min wait for a table was just ridiculous, there was several open tables .. several. Then when I did my table the glassware was filthy! D&B is just hype to me! I won’t spend my money there again! On top of a rude hostess
We waited an hour and a half for a table and what was so bad about waiting is that they had a whole section that was empty. We then waited another hour and then some for our food. Great server however, about 4 of the orders were late which he offered for free. Then my order was not complete. There were a lot of people who worked there walking around but most looked like they were busy helping others. One server/worker walked around and ate his pot pie. The security guard drank all night although walking and observing the area. No one greeted us at the door nor said Thank you for coming when we left. The most important and tasty thing to eat was the Rose' mixed drink and the fries. Wont be back. This is a place for some that have a lot of time on their hands on a Saturday evening. We got there at 730 and left around 11. This is how long it took us to be seated and get our food.
Dave and Buster's is always fun. . . It's pretty uniform across the board, so you pretty much know what you are getting. . . This one was no different. The games and such are fun. The menu is limited due to COVID, but it's not too bad. . . My only issue with this location is that the food was a little stale (hard bread on the buns, wilted lettuce, etc.). . . and several of the games were broken. . . It's disappointing when that happens, and I know it's not their fault, it just seemed like there were a lot at once.
This place is a complete mess. They have an 2hour waiting list,but there are plenty of empty tables. Most of the serves are over weight and appear to be tired. The management appear to running around with no objective,or destination. The bartender was horrible he served Me a drink that I didn't order,and still charged me for it,after fixing me the correct one. I had to almost act"Urban"but the lil chunky server corrected it for me. My food was good,and all was not lost...It ended up being a good evening amongst family and friends..
Purchasing cards after entering was easy breezy. They were professional at that counter. But the hostess reversing tables was absolutely rude! The manager was also beyond rude. Won’t spend my money there ever again!
