I researched heavily before tasking anyone to do such an important job and we consulted with two other companies in addition to ECT, but from the first phone conversation, you can tell they have a superior approach. Mike is not only an obvious expert, but he is present, patient, and mindful about his method. If you've found yourself researching environmental testing experts, then hear me when I say: In addition to knowledge -- empathy counts -- and Mike is as kind as they come. Oh, and after the guy we booked that morning showed up and said \this looks tricky\ ... we called Mike. That was at 11am; Mike arrived at 2pm, he was done by 3. He called me personally the next day to make sure I understood the reporting results. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
