We were arriving earlier than expected. I tried to chat with the hotel via the Marriott Bonvoy app to ask if we can check in early. I never got a response. Didn't find out until we arrived at the hotel after a seven hour drive. Regardless, check in took less than 5 minutes. We were able to check in earlier than 3pm. We checked in around 12 pm. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The location was okay. It's right next to the highway and restaurants but it's a lot of litter around the area (not dinging the hotel for that) The manager is amazing. We were suppose to stay for two days but had to leave after one day and after check-in time (around 1pm). The manager allowed us to leave without a late fee if we were out within 15 mins. We gathered our things quickly! I thank the manager for that option and going above and beyond for his guests!

Terrible service at the front desk. The front wasn’t very clean there was chewed up chicken and someone’s Grillz from the teeth just laying in front of the lobby door.

Definitely a plus that they allowed us to check in early as my fiance is a truck driver and needed a 10 hour reset. But, aside from that, this hotel was just okay. We stayed on the 4th floor and it reeked of, what smelled like to us, marijuana. We checked in around 1:30pm and when we left just before midnight, it still smelled the same outside our room. The shower doors would not stay closed, they kept sliding to the left which I'm assuming is because they weren't level? We've stayed at numerous Fairfield Inn & Suites and have always been impressed but this room seemed kind of "thrown together". The microwave was just sitting on top of the mini fridge and kept sliding around when I tried to use it. He had to hold it in place so I could open it.

Just ok, halls smelled like sewage. Next to the bed had not been vacuumed in a while. Otherwise pretty nice place. Soda was almost 4 bucks for a 20 oz.

Friendly customer service. Clean enough but there was a big stain on a towel. They gave me another one just right away though. Good WiFi signal. It has microwave, mini refrigerator and hair dryer, nice plus.

Filthy and digusting. The entire hotel smelled like a weed factory and the room was deplorable. We checked out within 10 minutes of our arrival and rebooked in Southaven.

The staff was pleasant we had no complaints about the employees but we've never stayed anywhere and they didn't offer housekeeping, the bathroom was already nasty after changing 2 rooms .. i don't think we would be returning
