Amazing customer service. It is a very huge showroom with bedroom models on display with great options available. I bought an identical love seat from a different place for a cheaper price compared to the once they were displaying. It seems like a little-overpriced store. But the customer service was outstanding. The guy went out of his way to help us with what we were looking for. I would love to visit the store again just because of the customer service even though I might get something for a little higher price.

Hope is the woman who helped us and she's the best. They work with you on financing and seem to genuinely have your interests as priority- Instead of just pushing for a sale. We'll definitely be back!
Bryan was wonderful! The other salesmen, Denton and Andy were absolutely genuine too.It was a pleasure doing business with people that did not seem to be nice because they want your money. I'd come back and tell others to visit the store because of them.
Walked in the store and was in for less than a minute. I really wasn't interested in shopping, just wanted to check out the new store in the shopping center. Furniture looked basic, outdated, and makes Royal Furniture look high-end. I wouldn't recommend it and won't be returning.
What a friendly business!! I immediately was greeted by two friendly employees. Quigley was very helpful and entertaining to my two crazy kids. Came back a few days later after deciding they had the best deal and the best quality. Highly recommend!!
Quigley is a great manager! He’s very helpful and friendly! He’s great at working with the customer. There is a big selection and it’s affordable. We’ve bought several pieces at this store in the last year.
