Employee attitudes are great! They are fast and it’s clean. Downside- they don’t prepare the sandwiches as mentioned on the wall menu. All I got was meat, cheese and bread- none of the mentioned extras.

Got my salad today through Uber eats with no salad dressing. I specifically had it delivered due to not being able to leave work. I work from 6am-6pm. Have not eaten today, and still cannot because my order was not checked by the staff. When I called I originally got a male who stated he was the manager, let him know my issue and he told me that it wasn’t his problem, it is not on firehouse. I started to explain to him how it was his issue as a manager you should check the orders are going out correctly and mid sentence there was a woman on the phone. He completely dismissed what I had to say. The woman on the phone stated that Uber drivers should check if drinks and chips are needed but that is not the issue. The driver should not have to check to make sure my ingredients for my salad are in the bag.

I had a coupon for a free sandwich from tmobile \with any purchase\. I would've just bought a cheap 99 cent cookie. This location tried to con me into buying a combo soda and cookie as an additional requirement, something none of the other firehouse locations did. I hope their scam was worth the 2 extra bucks. My review will stand here as testimony to their skeevyness. Also probably won't eat there again if I can ever help it. Sandwich was firehouse so slightly above mediocre. Good mint chocolate chip cookies though every firehouse location serves them, so go elsewhere if you can

Had the Smokehouse Brisket. Was a little heavy on the sauce for my liking, overall a good sandwich though. Just a little messy. Pickle spear was small as mentioned in other reviews
