They catered our wedding and staffed the whole thing, from servers to bartenders. They were very, very easy to work with—I’m talking in this respect about Candice, who is an organizer/catering manager of the highest caliber. Everything was completely taken care of. The folks at Iris brought my partner and I water and drinks when they felt we could use either. Everyone else said they were great and super friendly too, all around. Now the food: without a doubt unbeatable catering in Memphis. We wanted Cajun-inspired foods that also accommodated a lot of vegetarians, which is inherently difficult, but they nailed it. The chef was very friendly, prepared a comprehensive tasting, and the quality did not diminish one bit when it came down to preparing it for 100 folks. It was as good as actually going to “Second Line.” It’s been over 5 months since we used Iris Etc., but we still remember the good food. You just don’t want to worry about your guests eating well when they come out to celebrate and have fun, and you won’t! They can also work with rental companies like Mahaffey’s to make everything easier for you.

We went for their test kitchen. The food was great and unique. The staff were quick and fun. We will go back.
