I placed an order today for the shrimp special and you can tell that the food was reheated and old. The shrimp was smushy and the corn was dry. I used to love the food here. It seems like the cashiers hate their job. Every time I visit, I get attitude so I’m thinking the old food was done intentionally which is very disturbing. How do you have a business but treat your customers like trash? I most definitely will not be ordering from this location again. I’ve dealt with the bad attitudes because the food was always delicious but today it was old and horrible. it’s obvious my business isn’t wanted. I spent so much money there. They have too many young people working there who just doesn’t care.

Service was amazing! The cashiers were very polite! My food was good but too spicy but now I know what to ask for! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Just got my order from Krab Kingz and it was good! The ladies behind the counter were super nice and helpful on the phone and in person! The platter for 2 was delicious, well seasoned. The fried lobster tail is bomb, and so is the boiled one, both cooked perfectly. It was definitely enough for more than 2 people. What was missing: the food doesn’t retain it’s heat as well as it does when it’s in the bag (like Juicy Crab), it got cold by the middle of us eating. We started eating it about 10 minutes after it was ready. Not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind for comparison.
Love this place it never disappoints me. The cajun &,lemon pepper together banging!!with a cajun butter dip on the side...
I always have a great experience at the Knight Arnold location. My food is always good and the staff is friendly.
