Wonderful experience. Phillip Shelton provided my husband and I with excellent customer service. He made buying our new club car easier. Excellent communication and our club car was ready for pickup in less than two weeks. Highly recommend Ladd's.

They took our cart in to speed it up. Said we needed a bunch of repairs. After 2 weeks, they brought the cart back and never did the speed upgrade. Sent it back and they wanted an additional 400. We told them to forget it and just bring it back. They decided to do the speed code and not add the crazy charge. Yes it’s faster. Today while driving it, one of the wheels fell off. Ladds didn’t tighten the lug bits when they did all the “repairs” they said we needed. Luckily no one was hurt. We’ll be taking our future business elsewhere. If you’re reading this, I hope you go elsewhere too.

We walked in the store, no one even acknowledged we were there. Walked around for about 10 minutes looking at zero turn mowers, still no one acknowledged us. A women behind the counter saw us but never spoke, 2 guys were putting a golf cart together, never spoke. Guys unloading golf carts from a truck rode by us in the parking lot, never spoke. Y’all just lost a cash sale on a zero turn! I guess this is customer service in Memphis!?!
