Land Rover Bluff City is a poor excuse for a luxury car dealership. I imagine shade tree mechanics provide better customer courtesy than the service department here. When you walk in, no one greets you. All of the service advisors are piled into one office talking about whatever men with no work ethic talk about. You pretty much have to enter whichever tiny little office everyone is in and yell over their conversation to beg for help. My truck has been operating horribly since I came in for an oil change. When I get out of this vehicle I will never purchase another Range Rover again thanks to what is well known as the worst luxury car dealership in the South.

Great People. Very helpful, knowledgeable and polite staff. Not very good on offering you the best deals on leasing. They are a bit expensive but does a great job in service. The parts department is very helpful and polite.
This dealership straight up makes me not want to get a car from here, it’s a shame it’s my cities only dealership for Jaguars. The people are incompetent and they have no interest in their jobs, why would I purchase a vehicle here from people who blatantly show that they only care about selling cars to you. Hate to see it.
Don’t buy anything from these people. You deserve better and you will regret it.
My parents were so satisfied with the quality and customer service they received with Jason, that they came back and bought a second Jaguar for my mom. They are so happy to be in such a comfortable, tech savvy, efficient, sporty, and reliable car, with wanrantees, and services that aren't matched by any other company.
