He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and thorough. I must add that I have never bought a used car that was so clean! The car was immaculate! No pressure, or price haggling. I purchase a Mercedes Benz 3 years ago and I still remember my salesman and how great he was. I saw what I wanted on their website, called them and he got me approved over the phone right away. When I went in to test drive the car, he let me take it out alone.
