First, they only take checks, which surprised me, because these days every clinic takes credit cards. After my first visit, I got my bill for the visit in my mailbox and mailed them a check. Then a few weeks later, I got another bill for the same visit. I thought the mail might get lost, so I mailed them another check. After that, I received the third bill for the same visit. That was when I smelt fishy. I didn't mail more check and called the number for billing question. A guy with heavy Indian accent answered my call and said the computer was so slow to check my account. I told him that I sent them two checks and they should only cash one. I thought this whole thing was finally over. Boy, was I wrong. Several months later, both checks were cashed.
