Very helpful, quick answers to questions. All employees were very concerned with maintaining social distances and safety. The employees were very polite with the customers I observed refusing to follow mask rules and social distances. Also made sure I got the best option/deals available to me.

Very poor customer service! Waiting for 40 minutes while 2 tuxedo associates answered phones, researched their computers, walked back and forth from dressing rooms to other parts of the store. Finally the store manager from the front came over after 40 mins and asked if we had been helped. Then he offered to measure my son and I, checked us out.. This store needs customer service training. Acknowledge customers and let them know you will be with them as soon as possible. Ignoring customers is a excellent way to lose customers!
