Simply put. He lost my item and tried to say I picked it up, even when I still had my ticket. To this day, My 200 sport coat has not been located. Strongly considering getting my lawyer involved. After speaking with friends and neighbors, this has happened before. It won't happen to me again!
Beautiful work! Mike altered my wedding dress and my daughters wedding dress. He has also hemmed several pair of pants for me. He IS VERY direct. Don’t let that bother you. He is a nice guy and your clothes will look like they were never altered!
He was very nice and knowledgeable. The way my dresses fit after alterations was perfect.

Yes he does struggle to communicate in English well but in the end he still does a great job making our clothes look amazing and I the end that’s all that matters. Thank you Chu Mike.
This was the worst experience of my life!!!!!! Took bridesmaid dress to have hemmed. One week later I went to pick up dress. Tried on and the hem was too short in the back and on the sides. Mike said come back in one hour and it will be fixed. One hour later I try the dress on again and they have sewn cut off material back onto the dress. when we I tried to talk to him about the dress being ruined he said not my fault. Don't use this place!!!!!! I had to order a new dress and have it shipped overnight because the wedding was two days later. VERY EXPENSIVE MISTAKE!!! Had to give it a star to get it to post review.
I've been a customer for over 15 years. Great service and my items are always ready on time. Reasonably priced as well.
