Very poorly run business! It must be government run. You think they could text or call before heading to a property to meet the client. If a house doesn't have electricity, is the customer supposed to sit in a cold or heat all day? After waiting 2 hours, they didn't show up and the office closes promptly at 6.

100% my least favorite thing about living in Memphis. Zero sense of urgency, almost zero common sense, and absolutely zero Courtesy or human decency. It’s obvious MLGW is in it for the money. Took almost a week to get my service turned back on, with online, telephone AND in person interactions. And then I was charged an extra 100 to my bill to have it turned on, because I had forgot to turn in a form? And I wasn’t contacted about that for months only to have my service cut off in 30 degree weather with NO NOTICE!!? Policy or not, this is ridiculous.
do not pay your water bill this month since they cant provide us a system that can keep up in the snow lol. Yall better refund us our water bill you jokes
Tamika with the Lamar location is extremely rude, unprofessional and needs to take a course on customer service. Not to mention I've been trying to get through MLGW for a WEEK and can't get through to uncancel moving date notice. No one will help at any location. Unbelievable. I don't mind waiting on hold but doesn't even give you the option.
I had a bad experience before years ago but this time was different, I want to thanks Ms Johnson for her patience she was very nice to me. I had a strong accent and my English still broken and she never got frustrated about it instead she helped me with everything that I need it. Very helpful very nice Lady Thanks Ms Johnson
