So this was my first time at this establishment, and I must say that I enjoyed myself. I attended a birthday party. The wait staff are very courteous, and attentive. The food was superb. The owner even came, and mingled with the party guest. Those lemon pepper wet wings are so delicious. The meatballs were tasty as well. I would definitely patronize this business again.
Ordered food online and paid for my order. Arrived within 30 minutes of ordering to the restaurant called to advise I was there and was told my order would be right out. I waited 30 more minutes saw multiple people pull up make payments at their car and leave with food. Called the restaurant back it was very clear they had lost my order but lied and said my food would be another 3 minutes. After another 5 minutes I went inside of the restaurant and was asked what I ordered. I requested a refund which was obliged. I will never be back. Rating should be less than 1 star.
The atmosphere is joyful and the food is delicious but the customer service I received from Kyla P. is horrible! She took my order which was a three piece fish and fries. I received no silverware and 2 packs of ketchup and 2 packs of hot sauce. I asked for more ketchup and hot sauce but received nothing. I waited 30 plus minutes before she came back to my table without condiments and with ticket!
Good food, great atmosphere. Will be back
