Our office was originally with E-Doc, which was acquired by Novatech. We were with E-Doc since 2008. Long story short, we had a contract with E-Doc, never given notice until we called for service in 2018 and were told Novatech was over E-Doc now. Fast forward to present day, our machine is old now, and shopped machines to purchase, along with service contracts. Novatech was much higher in price and we chose to go with a competitor. We still have the E-Doc/Novatech machine and have paid for service since they took over E-Doc. The old machine is needing a 300 part, and Novatech states they will not replace the part unless we agree to another year contract. There was never a contract with Novatech and have now paid over 2,000 for service (7,000 total including E-Doc)all for them to refuse to repair our machine. Why are we paying for service? Poor customer service personally. Not to mention the rep, Bryan, told me he had to get off the phone because his lunch had arrived.

He explained what was not working properly on the unit and how he was going to fix it. Excellent service!
