I needed a reliable company to perform a major foundation repair and Olshan was the perfect company. From beginning to end Tammie and Jessica were very helpful and responsive to messages/calls. They answered every question I had from payment options to warranty information. The day of the job Tyler Olds and crew arrived on time, were very professional and respectful of my property. Upon completion of the job, the crew cleaned, sprayed down the areas were they worked and removed debris, leaving my yard in pretty good shape for all the work that was done!! I am very satisfied with the work done to repair the foundation; during the time they were here, if I had questions they took the time to explain things to me and what the end result would be. Our damp, moisture filled basement issue was eliminated in three days by Olshan! We had battled this problem for years & did not think it could be fixed. Josephine Smith scheduled CSR Ben Hoff. Ben explained the process and provided us an estimate. Tammie Keener continued to work with us on scheduling the Olshan crew. Any questions I had, Tammie answered promptly. The crew worked diligently & they were professional, polite and GOT THE JOB DONE! We highly recommend Olshan of Memphis!!
Ms. Tammie was very helpful in setting up an appoint to have Mr. Marty come by to analyze how to fix my problem with water in the basement. Mr. Marty explained the solution to my water problems, asked if there were any other issues, and proposed a solution with a fixed quoted price. Ms. Jessica and Ms. Tammie both worked to set up a time for the work to be done when I could fit it into my schedule. Olsham arrived on time, went the extra mile to ensure that the work was done on time, and not once tried to push me to buy \extras\ that were not included on the original quote. The job was professionally handled from start to finish both at my house and by the office in Memphis. Both ladies checked up on the progress of the job. I have not had any water problems since the work was done.
Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. The job was completed and cleaned up in a timely manner. They never tried to upsell their services and Tammie in the office kept us informed throughout the process. I couldn't be more pleased and have already referred their services to friends and family.
