Went here the other morning counting on a great breakfast and was highly disappointed. My sandwich was hard tasted like it was over cooked and there was barely chicken on it mostly egg. This made me very disappointed considering it’s the nearest Panera to my house and I’ve had better experiences here.

Great food! Healthy options, plentiful seating, fast service, WiFi. Parking can be a bit channeling. There’s also a drive thru. The potato soup was nice and Harry on a cold day. The cranberries in the bread was a nice taste. I never had apple chips. They were in the salad. They added a crunch and were a bit sweet. We enjoyed everything.
We ordered pickup and had a minor issue with our order. The manager was absolutely amazing, incredibly kind and accommodating. We already enjoyed Panera a lot but his awesome customer service made us permanent Union Street customers.
I usually don’t post reviews of places, but here we are. I placed my order for a blueberry muffin and a cold brew at 7:29 this morning. The website says 10 minute wait - no problem. The woman comes out with just my muffin, so i tell her I’m missing my coffee, okay no biggie. 10 minutes later she comes out with the wrong size & all she can say is “they made it not me”. I work in the restaurant industry and she could’ve double checked before she walked back. My coffee had modifications, so I offered to give her my ticket so it would be right. She comes back 10 minutes later and my coffee is still not correct but I take it anyways. It’s 8:00 now, and I have an incorrect order for the simplest thing.
There's a welcoming and calming Ambiance as you enter through the doors of Panera Bread. The pecan twist pastry is my favorite. Try it next time.
