The ambiance it very nice. The customer service provided by Ramon was AMAZING! The food was cooked to perfection. I had the lamb chop that was very tender and flavorful. My aunt and sister had the filet and shrimp and they LOVED it! GREAT overall experience. I highly recommend this place for any special occasions or simply for dinner reservations.

This restaurant has not only amazing service, but consistently great food as well. I go there every time I have a birthday, and have been doing so since age 11. The servers are always friendly and warm, and something as simple as that makes an experience just that more magical. The steaks have always been perfectly cooked for me, and are comparable to butter in terms of tenderness. I’ll be turning 19 this year, and I’ll be back to celebrate!

This is a late review but July 17,2020 I took my husband to Ruth’s Chris for his birthday. The customer service was good and the restaurant was clean. But... I order a steak and my food was unseasoned and I wasn’t impressed. All the hype and good things I’ve heard about Ruth Chris saddened me. I didn’t tell my server about the food because I didn’t want to be labeled or frowned upon. I really thought I would get a nice seasoned steak and my mashed potatoes tasted like it came straight out the box. Be advised our bill was 164.63 and our food didn’t taste like 164.63 for two ppl. I don’t think I’ll return, but the birthday cake was good.

The hostess was horrible nothing but attitude and clearly did not like co hostess as she was deriding towards her and us...the manager and our waiter saved the evening. The manager was on the spot overhears the conversation and immediately addressed us and our concerns. He was fantastic and our waiter Cliff is the epitome of professional...plus he was incredibly personable and new how to engage his customers. Overall this Ruth's Chris is great and as long as you do not get the hostess that evening you will go away with a great experience. Ask for Cliff you will not be disappointed in a waiter top notch.

We had a server by the name of Raymond and he was awesome. Very attentive and kind. The manger came out to ensure everything was satisfactory. The steaks are perfect in both flavor and seasoning. We will be back.
