I am an interior designer who worked with Bennet and his office manager Jessica. In fact, I see that Jessica has another 5 star review written a review prior to and after this. While I like The overall quality of the cabinets, the overall process was exhausting. The owner would promise drawings next week and 6 months later He would still would not have them. Getting him to answer a phone call is next to impossible. We made a tweak and change 6 months prior to when he finally installed and he blamed everything moving forward on the rather simple change. He would come in each week of installation for a half day or so and we wouldn’t see them again for days. Getting him to finish was like pulling teeth. The house closed a month late because he could not get finished. Everything else was complete except for his cabinets. He really needs a business manager and a team of installers. Of every build/remodel experience in 25 years this was the most frustrating. We worked with him 18 months and each month he would promise things that never happened. Sad to make this so negative, but I wish we had read this before we paid him a deposit

Small company with attention to details. Its great to get good service these days! It is a little hard to find, but after calling them I was able to figure it out! If you want your millwork fast, look at a boxstore. If you want it done right, look here.

Under pay workers, late lunch breaks sometimes no lunch break. If you want genuine employees then you should take care of them better.

The website says they sell \all kinds of wood.\ What it should say is \we sell all kind of SOFT wood.\ It is kind of annoying when an ambiguous website gets you into wasting a trip.
