I absolutely loved my stay here. I was doing some out of town work and this place was like a home away from home. It had everything we needed to cook and prepare a full dinner meal. Was so comfortable and relaxed when i got off work. It was almost like i wasnt working at all. I would recommend this place to anyone anytime. I have not one bad thing to say about this place. This place is very great. It is like having your own small apartment 600 ft². Staff is very friendly into the point. I would definitely recommend this family that needs to get away for about 3 or 4 days. Feels like home
We had an excellent experience here when we stayed overnight while traveling. We had a truck and a trailer which they were able to accommodate parking for. The hotel is extremely clean and spacious. Our room was large and had a large kitchen and living area, everything was immaculate. The breakfast is also very good and there is a Central BBQ and Starbucks within walking distance. The staff here are INCREDIBLE, I’ve never experienced service like it and they went above and beyond to help us and make us feel so welcomed. It is among the best experience with staff I’ve experienced.
This Hotel service is ok. The quality of the room is acceptable but needs work. It's clean but some of the furniture looks a bit rough. One issue that was bad is they don't give you enough pillows. There were only two pillows on the bed. most hotels give guests four pillows. As well they have a pull out bed as well that was quite uncomfortable but that's kind of expected. The bad part was that I had no pillow to sleep on and when I asked for one they were all out. With there poor sleeping arangement I would not put this hotel on my list at all unless it was the only place with rooms available.
I would recommend the stay bridge around the corner. I ordered pizza one night, they didn’t let the delivery guy in and the lady at the front desk didn’t try to call me. I ask the lady why she didn’t try to call my room, but she did not care. I told her it’s her job to look after guest and try to help, she still didn’t care. A few days later the manger started screaming at me in the hotel lobby because I wouldn’t give him personal information. I could sue for harassment, it was that bad, he is about 50 years old. I told him to stop talking to me like that but he wouldn’t calm down. I remained calm and left. He threatened to kick me out. God bless.
DISCRIMINATION. BOOK A ROOM 3 DAYS BEFORE. IN was TOLD. NONE WAS AVAILABLE. But she booked the people. Whom were right behind me. Without stating the same thing. Two white people. In than another white couple comes in to be booked. Horrible Experience. In very Embrassing in 2021. Will never Book At This Terrible Company agin. They Wont be around Very Long. The Rep made herself to comfortable treating me this way.
Great room. Service was good. Left earlier than the posted breakfast time but was given a bagged breakfast anyway.
My stay was good ,it's the 250 deposit fee is what i can't digest.
