I appreciate the courtesy email direct from the staff. My room was super comfortable and no disturbances through the night. The hotel is in walking distance of a variety of eateries and the mall. The staff took extra special care in cleaning my room before I arrived. The hot breakfast was AMAZING and the courtesy cookies and infused water were a very nice touch! Thanks for my snack bag at check-in...rewards membership has its privileges!!!

My stay here was pretty great! The lady at the front desk was very nice, I forgot her name. The only issue I had was my room was on the first floor and the ice maker was out had had to go up to the third floor to get ice. Over all I would recommend!

We stayed there last weekend before my husband headed off for his week of work. Very clean, BIG room with a long bed and a full size sofa bed. Spacious bathroom, staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful. My only suggestion would be to take your own pillows, theirs (as well as many others I have experienced) go flat as soon as you lay your head on them.

For staying during a pandemic the hotel just didn't seem very clean. We arrived at 10pm and the floors looked like they were in need of vacuuming, our room had a weird smell to it. Maybe they had tried to cover up someone smoking in it before? There was also trash in the drawers under the TV that had been left there. The room was small and cramped and the tv was put between the couch and the beds so no one could even watch it. It also made it impossible to move around if you pulled out the couch bed. The couch bed had no sheets and none were available in the room so we had to go back and ask the front desk even though I mentioned we would need them when we booked it. Upon putting away the bed in the morning, we found old cereal on the floor, except we had no eaten any cereal. Breakfast was supposed to be grab and go, but we came down to a bar bar with someone trying to put out oatmeal packets or a couple fruit cups in a fridge with people with no mask on looking through it for breakfast. One last small petty thing, the fan and light are a combo in the bathroom. We were staying with kids who like a little light at night which meant we had to listen to the fan all night to do that. The area was safe and quiet from the highway, but I would pick one of the other many hotels there over this one.

Beds were fine, but our bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. And the ceiling looks like it’s about to fall in.

Very clean and friendly staff. The price was extremely reasonable. My family felt safe and rested well. I recommend.

The hotel was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. Sharmane at the front desk checked us in, was kind and welcoming, and answered all my questions. The only downside was that we had to unhook the TV and move the heavy TV stand out of the room in order to fold out the sofa bed.

Room was huge and clean. The lights near the door were not working. When I walked into room, I had to use my phone to locate the light switches. Breakfast is okay. They could add juices. Shower is tricky to use. I suggest to watch a video on YouTube on how to use it.
