What I liked the most about Step By Step is the fact that I do not feel like just another client. Ms. Karnley got to know me and developed an individualized plan for me. I never felt pressured and she was always available when I had a question. I wanted to return to work but I was apprehensive about it because SSDI and SSI recipients cannot make more than a certain amount and continue to receive benefits. Step By explained the process whereby I can work and report my monthly wages to the SSA, as scheduled, and continue receiving my benefits. I am very pleased with Step By Step and will recommend their services to all my friends.
