We stopped here last month looking for a new bedroom suite. Larry Borodkin helped us and was very courteous. He didn't try to force anything on us and there was no pressure. We looked around the store and finally decided to check out some other stores. We ended up coming back here to purchase our new bedroom set. We were told it would take at least a month for our new furniture to arrive. We ended up getting the furniture delivered within 2 weeks which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the customer service was great. The furniture selection is much better compared to to other stores that we visited in the area. We purchased a bed, end table, and dresser and we are happy with our decision.

Had a wonderful experience with the sales representative! As soon as we walked in she greeted us and asked what we were looking for and gave us great suggestions. We had our toddler and 4 month old and she was extremely understanding and patient! Once we made our mind she helped us check out and walked us out! This lady deserves more than 5 stars! Used to be great customer service when we worked with manager Jeff Crosby. Cliff Sorrell's is such a lier. Had to call owner Ron Becker to straighten everything out. Not sure how much more shopping we will do there. Even problems with Matt in customer service.

The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to finance and that was very quick and easy. Set up delivery and I was on my way to lunch. A very pleasant experience all the way around.

We will never use The Great American Home Store again! Ordered furniture in September finally received all pieces in December and the drawers on nightstands don't open and footboard was splintered said they'd send replacement in Jan. STILL have not received furniture!!!!!
