Excellent place for a romantic weekend away with nice furnishings and nice staff.. Room service and coffee availability during covid was less clear than I would have expected. Also note, the king bed is two twins pushed together.

One of the best hotels in Memphis. Great service. Beautiful decor. Fresh flowers and coffee and bottled water on each floor. Breakfast comes with room (Paulette's). I will book this hotel every time I come to Memphis.

Really lovely hotel with great views of the Mississippi river. Beautifully traditionally decorated rooms, very well appointed. Wonderful breakfasts all very freshly prepared. Also enjoyed dinner watching the sunset from the restaurant. A short drive from all the main tourist attractions in the area. Hope to visit again one day!

The food and service are top notch as always. Usually very consistent with both.

Surprised in many ways. To the bed, the bathroom, and even some complimentary gifts and breakfasts. Came back to my room at night and chocolate and sweet wine were already there for a nice sleep. I recommend go back there sometime for the relaxation.

If you like paying 400 a night for a lukewarm to cold shower and cold coffee and tea, this is the place for you. Mother web site advertises “24 hour concierage and room service” but when my husband and I checked in just after 9 pm in a Saturday night, we were told that room service was closed-at 9 pm on a Saturday night! The room was spacious and looked nice enough but they have spent the money on visual aspects and not on upgrading the ancient pipes apparently. The shower was only lukewarm and quickly ran to cold. Water also poured out of the tub spout snd the showerhead at the same time. The caulking in the tub/shower was cracked. They gave us two of the tiniest bottles of water you can get. And the free WiFi was so slow that I turned it off and just used data instead. And then we ordered our complimentary breakfast the next morning. The food was good-real maple syrup and the eggs Benedict were cooked perfectly. But they brought the tea in cardboard cups with NO tops so it was quickly cold. They are charging 400/night and won’t but insulated coffee cups and lids??? Honestly we had better WiFi, larger bottles of water, great water pressure and a hot shower and a hot tea at the Hilton Garden Inat we stayed at the previous night.

We had an awesome time. We celebrated my wife's birthday and the Staycation package was perfect.

This hotel was great. The staff was polite and cordial. Room was very nice and clean. Location was great with good views of the Mississippi river, bridge, and Riverwalk. Definitely, I would stay there again.
