Went there twice with husband. First time long wait & front desk lady was very abrupt, told us I can’t go in the room with my husband, after I told her I need to go in with my husband to help him she then let us. Second time we went , front desk was very impatient, while my husband was signing in, she kept rushed him & said ‘ I need to take your temperature’ Twice! I had to gently remind her that as soon as he signed in. After long wait they came to tell us insurance won’t paid for his visit have to reschedule for next year. This appointment was scheduled a month ago, why did they wait till I cleared out our schedule to come &sat & waited to tell us. This was very inconvenience for us, especially my husband has health issue. We will not return to this clinic again!!
