Escape the Chaos of Motherhood Transfor{M}ama is the collaborative effort of two local mothers with a vision for providing the ultimate haven for new and expectant mothers. We strive to deliver knowledge, support and an area of refuge for our local perinatal women. Join us in our "Nest"​ area for a cup of coffee or tea. Sink into a cozy couch, catch up on emails, chat with other local moms. Utilize our coworking space for networking, collaboration and support. The Nest is designed to be calm and comforting, while providing an area for children to learn and explore. Join us in the "Nest"​ for: - weekly co-working hours Mon-Fri 1-5 PM -parent/child classes to harbor connections with our little ones and stimulate cognitive development -monthly pregnancy socials and seminars with to support breastfeeding, birth, postpartum recovery and transitioning back to work after having a baby! -coming soon!! One-on-one career coaching and monthly workshops to help moms transition back to work We also have a 1000 square foot studio, where we offer: - fitness classes through FIT4MOM Memphis, which has several programs focused on preparing a woman's body for the physical demands of motherhood including Fit4baby, Body Back, Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Run Club and Our Village playgroups. - prenatal Yoga, mommy-n-me Yoga & Hatha Yoga provided by MyMamaBody - coming soon!!
