This was my first visit and I found the Staff to be very courteous and engaging. My doctor (Dr. Anna Chollet) was absolutely AWESOME. I've worked in Health & Safety for over 40 years and have interacted with both general physicians, specialists and 'mega' specialists. Doctors are better when they Listen to their patients and Dr. Chollet 'LISTENS' and Follows Up! Thank you University Clinical Health and KUDOS to Dr. Chollet and her team!!

They don’t do follow up calls as they say they will. It’s hard to get an appointment. They ask you to do something they’re supposed to do. I thought I had found a good place to go, but I have not been seen for a physical and it’s been five months!

If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would without any hesitation! I went here May 29, 2020 and I was referred an Ultrasound for a mass on my inguinal lymph node . The papers were sent to me the first week in June and I did my Ultrasound on June 9th. I was informed that my results will be sent to Ut Family Medical Group the next day. Here it is going on two months since I visited UT Family Medical and I still have not received a call back. I was told the doctor tried “calling me”, but “ my phone was not in service”. Mind you I don’t have one miss call and I’ve been calling them for months. Also, I was told that I will get a call a couple weeks ago about my results and by no surprise I never received one. Don’t know if they are calling the wrong number; which makes no sense. Considering that I left messages with my name and number and received a callback from some else informing me that the doctor I seen will call me back, but she never did. I recently got ahold to them and found out she was calling the wrong number.(Mind you they could of call my boyfriend because I gave them his number too and gave them permission to give him my results). The receptionist correct my phone number in the system and left the doctor a message. She still didn’t call back and I called the next day. The same receptionist answer and left another message for the doctor. She still didn’t call by no surprise! I will not be going back! They do not take this as a serious matter and have no sense of urgency. Imaging having a mass on your inguinal lymph node for months and still have no results. I want my results! Or just give my ultrasound photos so I can go elsewhere. I still have the mass!
