We loved it. From pulling up to order and not having to wait 20 minutes to getting our order in a timely manner. What was also great is I had right at a 60 dollar order for my family and the order was correct. Great job Zaxby's on Union.

Dont understand why they insist on charging me for extra sauce 0.25 when all I ordered was 10 traditional original wings with the buffalo sauce on the side. All i got was a small cup of original sauce and no ranch. And this isn't the first time!
This place was super busy on a Thursday evening. The drive through was almost out to Union Avenue, but they were moving customers through fast with minimum wait time in line. Ordered the Traditional Wings and Things and I was not pleased at all, so I put it away for another day.. Felt as though the order was rushed. Not my usual Zaxby; Zaxby very rarely disappoint. On the next day, my faith was renewed. The wings, strips and fries reheated was delicious. I wished I had more. Will definitely be returning to this location. Customer service was very pleasant.
I had a doordash order pickup for 4:08 pm didn't get food til 4:30, poor communication and promptness
Hit or miss. Sometimes my food is hot and fresh other times its cold and dry. The consistency sucks.
