Booked an initial 90 minute consult with them the week before Christmas and they just didn’t show up. Entire office was locked, no one called or emailed, no one answered the phone, no notice that they were closed during their regular hours. Tried to reschedule after Christmas/new year (considering most people are out of office) and they said they aren’t able to take any more new patients now, but I can be put on a waitlist maybe. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing to someone new to seeking therapy.
