Great little getaway cottage in Mendocino. The views are incredible and just a short walk to the headlands and into town. Tesla destination chargers are available at assigned parking and staff was helpful in allocating time at the charger. Cottage was spacious with a cabin like interior, not luxurious but comfortable. Some road noise from the highway but generally quite. The fire place was a nice feature at night and breakfast was great in the morning. Covid precautions were great with staff wearing masks and breakfast delivered on the porch. Highly recommended.

What a phenomenal vacation to Sea Rock Inn in Mendocino! My wife and I took a much needed vacation after I graduated from nurse practitioner school. This was a last minute decision to head to Mendocino, knowing nothing about it. Absolutely gorgeous place! Sea Rock Inn is a beautiful, comfortable, well-kept inn that was perfect for our vacation. Amazing view just across the street, comfortable beds, clean rooms, excellent customer service. We loved it so much and would highly recommend it.
This was our second stay at Sea Rock Inn, everyone was super nice and helpful. Overall a great stay, beautiful grounds and scenery. Bed was not very comfortable but decent for a cottage stay. Cozy little rooms. Really great breakfast and due to Covid they delivered to our door which was nice to enjoy in the room. Look forward to our next stay.
If you are on the fence about staying here, take the plunge. Location is INCREDIBLE. You can hear the ocean from your room. Very clean, comfortable space. We had amazing breakfast delivered promptly at the time of our choosing. We also had a late check in, and the front desk was so helpful. They even turned our heat on for us so our room was cozy when we arrived. This will be a staple for us while traveling. We were very very VERY happy.
Celebrated our first year anniversary at Sea Rock Inn - best choice we made on this trip! Our room was very clean and cozy with an amazing view of the ocean. Bathroom seemed really new and clean, as if we were the first ones to use it. You can even rent DVD's from the front office! Definitely would come back again and recommend to our friends. Thank you for having us!
In the midst of a pandemic, Sea Rock Inn was an oasis that allowed us to enjoy the best view in Mendocino while simply sitting outside our room. The staff have mastered being attentive while ensuring we are safe. Will go back over and over based on their excellent care for us.
Sea Rock is fantastic. They were great about covid precautions. Cute gift shop too. The views are breathtaking. Very friendly and informative staff. The gas potbelly fireplaces in the rooms were so awesome. Sleeping with the window open listening to the waves was so peaceful and restful.
OMG. what a FABULOUS way to spend Christmas. We rented a 2 bedroom with the sweeping ocean views for five days. We could not have been happier with Sea Rock Inn. The room was clean. The beds were so comfy that my daughter insisted that we strip the bed to find the brand. All was first class. The breakfasts were delicious. The staff was super pleasant. A bottle of wine awaited our late check in. It was all the small touches that the owners put in place. And, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the super cozy fireplace. I hated to leave but I will be back. The Sea Rock Inn rocks. Monica Olson
