Basically if your going to Killington and you have a tight budget this is one of the most affordable options. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because I booked a room same day for 55 during a snowstorm with a friend. If you have low standards and only plan on sleeping in the room, then its not a bad option. We had a large room, it could have been cleaner and the breakfast was more like bagels and oatmea;l but it served its purpose at a cheap price. If it was slightly cleaner I would not have much to complain about.

Been staying here for years... close to resorts and town.. Good price for the location beds are comfy
This place had potential, but needs to be cleaned & repaired! Cobwebs, mirror streaked, coffee area filthy, towels had dead bug parts on a couple... at least the sheets were clean and pillows plentiful. Bed was ok. As for repairs, 3 locks on the door, yet only one barely worked (shoved one of the two chairs under the knob). Windows barely locked. Looks like someone really wanted to get in as the jambs were broken... Heater could not be adjusted as that part was pulled away from wall, luckily the nite was not cold as I'm not sure the heat ever kicked on! I took the comforter off the other bed. Wallpaper peeling. Toilet seat only half connected. Not sure I'd bring my family here. But OK for a nite if you are passing thru... And it was cheap. Cleaning, repairs & some pride would do some good here.
Blankets were dirty (thankfully, the sheets were clean), beds were hard, breakfast failed to meet even my limited expectations. It was cheap, though, so there's that.
